Porsha Williams weds Simon Guobadia in Second Wedding

Porsha Williams and Simon Guobadia exchanged vows for the second time in Atlanta on Nov. 26, one day after they married for the first time in the city, her hometown.

Whereas the Bravo star and her husband, a Nigerian entrepreneur, married in a Nigerian native law and custom ceremony at the Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta (complete with traditional Benin attire and singers and dancers), they married in an American ceremony inside a Methodist church in the city this time, People reported, adding that they exchanged wedding bands at the altar this time.

“Thank you to my HUSBAND @iamsimonguobadia for our magical Fairytale Wedding!” Porsha posted on her Instagram on November 27. “I will love you now and forverrrrrrr! Till death and even then we will never part lol #WedidItAgain.”

According to People, roughly 350 people attended the second wedding, which included Porsha’s former Real Housewives of Atlanta co-stars Cynthia Bailey, Monyetta Shaw, Kandi Burruss, and Kim Zolciak-Biermann.

Monyetta commented on Porsha’s Instagram photo, “Congratulations again @iamsimonguobadia & @porsha4real,” “Everything was so beautiful!!”

Kim captioned a selfie video with Miko Grimes, the wife of football player Brent Grimes, “@porsha4real wedding was absolutely stunning!!” on her own Instagram Story.

NeNe Leakes, another Real Housewives of Atlanta alum, also wished Portia well in an Instagram message “Porsha, congratulations! You were really lovely, “inserting a red heart emoji

Phaedra Parks, another former cast member, remarked, “Simply stunning! Congratulations.”

Porsha, 41, came down the aisle with her brother, Hosea Williams III, wearing a white lace, embroidered, off-the-shoulder Frida ballgown.

Her 3-year-old daughter Pilar Jhena, whom she has with ex Dennis McKinley, acted as a flower girl, while Guobadia’s oldest son, Quentin, escorted him down the aisle and his other children—Nicole, Christian, Benjamin, and Ximena—also had significant roles in the wedding, according to People.

After Porsha and Simon, 57, exchanged vows, they hosted a reception at the St. Regis Atlanta hotel, where the bride changed into an Albina Dyla gown for the bouquet throw and an after-party, according to People

She told the publication, “‘Why not?’ I reasoned. It will be my last wedding ever.'”
