The murder mystery subgenre has had a scorching year, and 2022 is going out with a bang thanks to Rian Johnson’s eagerly awaited Knives Out sequel, Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery.

On December 23, Netflix will release the mystery movie in which Daniel Craig’s Detective Benoit Blanc makes a comeback. Now, Netflix has released a fresh behind-the-scenes look that gives fans a juicy taste of what they should expect from Blanc’s newest exciting caper, which it is promoting at CCXP.

The video has a lot of layers, and it starts off with introductions from Johnson, Craig, Kate Hudson, Edward Norton, Janelle Monáe, and the rest of the cast. Johnson begins by expressing his excitement at returning to this world.

Glass Onion is a distinctive blend of insanely suspenseful entertainment in the style of Agatha Christie. It has a fantastic ensemble cast, is cleverly structured, hilarious, tense, and beautifully shot.

Knives Out was a delightful commentary on dysfunctional families, but its sequel is entirely about dysfunctional friendships and the risks associated with influencer culture.

The world can’t get enough of Benoit Blanc because of his overwhelmingly positive reviews from critics and moviegoers alike, as well as his strong box office performance during his brief run in theatres.
