Cynthia Bailey accuses ex Mike Hill of cheating

Cynthia Bailey revealed in court records acquired by that her ex-husband Mike Hill reportedly cheated on her, despite earlier denying any adultery charges.

Documents filed Thursday in Fulton County, Ga., state “Bailey is entitled to a divorce from Hill owing to improper adulterous affairs and moral ethics in his behavior.”

Hill said the infidelity charges in the latest court filing were a “mistake” and that his ex-legal wife’s team is “retracting this.”

Bailey’s agents and lawyers did not immediately answer to request for comment on whether she intended to retract her infidelity charges against Hill.

Despite his denial, court records labelled “request to seal” seem to support cheating charges.
