Dua Lipa, a British-Albanian singer, is constructing a massive multimillion-dollar estate in Sarande, Albania, the hometown of her family.

According to reports, the new residence in the coastal city, which is situated across from the Greek island of Corfu, would boast magnificent views of the Ionian Sea.

Anesa and Dukagjin Lipa, immigrants from Albania, gave birth to Lipa in Britain. In November, President Bajram Begaj granted Lipa citizenship.

Between the ages of 11 and 15, the Grammy Award winner lived in Kosovo with her family. She told NPR, “I wouldn’t trade it for anything because it truly helped me become who I am.”

The “Levitating” singer and her father established the Sunny Hill Foundation in 2016 to generate money through yearly concerts in Albania for the benefit of those who are struggling financially.

She spent the summer of 2021 on a family vacation in the Balkan nation, where she also had supper with Edi Rama, the prime minister, and her then-boyfriend, Anwar Hadid.

Requests for comment from a Lipa representative were not answered.

In addition, Lipa has a residence in London and several sports automobiles, including a Jaguar F-Type and an I-Pace.

Last month, the exclusive story that Lipa is cozying up to rapper Jack Harlow, whose most recent album includes the suitably named song “Dua Lipa.”

The two had been in “continuous communication” since since they first met at the Variety Hitmakers Brunch in Los Angeles in November.

Trevor Noah and Lipa were recently linked since they were seen cuddling after dining at Miss Lily’s in New York in late September.

However, a source informs us that the meal was casual and was held following his recording for her podcast “At Your Service.”
