Harrison Ford & Helen Mirren praises Taylor Sheridan’s Yellowstone

The most recent of Taylor Sheridan’s shows for Paramount, which began with his biggest success, Yellowstone, is 1923.

The series is about the Dutton family and has been a top adventure for everyone involved, taking us all back to the cowboy fights that have captivated audiences for decades.

So Sheridan and the entire Yellowstone universe’s most recent adventure is the expansion series 1923.

The cast and crew of the upcoming series, which is scheduled to premiere on December 18, spoke at the Los Angeles premiere on Friday, December 2.

They discussed the show’s universe and Sheridan, who couldn’t attend because he was working on the series’ edits.

The number of Hollywood legends who continue to join the franchise Sheridan established is what makes 1923 and the previous prequel series 1883 so exciting.

With Kevin Costner as the show’s host, Yellowstone is no stranger to celebrities, but the franchise gains Helen Mirren and Harrison Ford with 1923. And honestly, Ford playing the cowboy? exemplary casting.

Ford and Mirren both discussed Sheridan and the world he created at the premiere, particularly in relation to the new series.

He’s a fantastic horseman, “At the film’s premiere, Ford said. “You might not expect to find a genuine athlete in such a gifted writer and intellectual thinker, but that’s what he is. which has remained the case with Sheridan’s writing.

You may have seen his film Hell or High Water, which did a fantastic job highlighting his talent, if you haven’t yet watched Yellowstone or the subsequent series for the show.

Mirren, however, appreciated his lack of involvement as well as how stunning his scripts were when she received them. He is incredibly detached, “said Mirren.

“You don’t want to change a word in the script that he reads aloud to you. You want to follow the instructions exactly because they are written with amazing precision but without strain. It’s very exciting to be able to contribute to a franchise in a setting that is so unique to American television. Nothing else is exactly like it.

The third instalment of the franchise, 1923, premieres on December 18 on Paramount+. The beauty of a prequel is that you can watch 1923 if you’re not sure if Yellowstone is for you in order to enjoy Ford and Mirren’s performances in a western because, well, that’s amazing.
