Shaquille O’Neal regrets ending his nine-year marriage to Shaunie Henderson.

The NBA player told that  on Dec. 1 that you don’t realize how amazing something is until it’s gone. “I stated my 76,000-square-foot empty mansion. I’m responsible.”

“I did wrong and paid for it,” he said. Shaq admits cheating on the former Basketball Wives star in his 2011 biography Shaq Uncut: My Story.

After some rough moments, the former couple appears to be getting along. Shaunie granted him a “courtesy invite” to her wedding to Keion Henderson this year, but he didn’t go.

Shaq claimed he is “really fortunate” when it comes to his kids. His oldest daughter, Taahirah, is 26.

50-year-old: “I try to treat them, but not really.” “Thankful. Children are great. They listen, have great moms, so I do anything they need.”

Shaq discussed his 2011 divorce on The Pivot podcast in April. “When you live multiple lives, you are caught,” he warned. “Not her. She gave me lovely kids, took care of the home, and handled business. Me only.”
