On Sunday, Stephen Curry attended Kevin Durant’s celebrity-studded dinner party with his former Golden State Warriors teammates.

Curry attended a Boardroom Christmas dinner that the Brooklyn Nets player and his longtime manager, Rich Kleiman, threw at The Nines in New York City, an insider exclusively tells.

“Both Kevin and Steph embraced and got to chat and catch up,” the source says, adding, “They were very happy seeing each other and had some quiet alone time too.”

Other notable guests included Gayle King, Jeff Zucker, Fabulous, A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, Victor Cruz, CC Sabathia and Richie Akiva.

We’re told Kleiman gave a speech and toasted with Cincoro tequila as he celebrated “connectivity and bringing people together.”

Additionally, it is said that while Durant and Cruz were talking about the New York Giants, Sabathia and Justin Tuck were “deep in conversation about business.”

Specialty drinks, wine, and delectable foods including hamachi crudo, tuna tartare, endive salad, gnudi, roasted maitake, hamburgers, and chocolate mousse were enjoyed by guests.

After speculation circulated throughout the summer that the Nets power forward would be joining the Warriors again, Durant and Curry, 34, reunited.

Curry stated that he would be thrilled to play on the court once more alongside Durant, who is also 34, if the transfer were to take place.

“If you said, ‘Oh, KD’s coming back, and we’re gonna play with him,’ I had so much fun playing with him those three years, I’d be like, ‘Hell, yeah!’” Curry told Rolling Stone in September. “Then you have to think: What does that actually mean? What does it look like?

“You tell me I’m playing with [current Warriors teammates Andrew Wiggins, Jordan Poole, and Draymond Green], I’m like, ‘Hell, yeah!’ There’s all types of emotion and things that happen to the league.”

He continued, “If anybody’s saying that you wouldn’t entertain that conversation — no disrespect to anybody on our team — but you don’t know how things work. But you also understand, like, if we run this thing back, I’ve got complete confidence in my team that we can win it again, as constructed.”

Before unexpectedly departing the Warriors to join the Nets in 2019, Durant previously won back-to-back championships while playing with the Warriors.

He subsequently gained notoriety this offseason by asking for a trade, causing speculation about his impending retirement, and allegedly pushing Nets owner Joe Tsai to oust the leadership in Brooklyn.

Durant and Curry will go head-to-head when the Nets play the Warriors at Barclays Center on Wednesday.
