TV insiders claim that Rachael Ray’s self-titled daytime talk show may be cancelled after 17 seasons.

“Her show is about to finish. One insider in the business predicted that this would be the final season.

Another TV insider informed us that given how poorly the show has been performing lately, they wouldn’t be shocked if it ended. It’s simple to forget that it’s on at all.

With guest chef Emeril Lagasse, Ray’s show began this year with the host preparing chicken with champagne and garlic while chatting about things like “new bras for the new year.”

Allison Williams, the star of “M3GAN,” will be her guest on Friday.

Insiders at the show, however, laughed off the rumours circulating in the media that it is being cancelled, telling that “This discussion comes up every year because the show is renewed annually. In fact, they are currently on the air renewing the program. Never until later in the spring is a decision made, according to one.

They wouldn’t likely announce renewal to the workforce until March, according to a different source. Up to that point, nobody would even be aware of a renewal.

We have not canceled the show, a representative for the program retorted. Sherri Shepherd and Jennifer Hudson, two daytime rookies, revealed on Wednesday that their respective contracts had been renewed. “Sherri” was extended by Fox Television Stations for “two years through the 2024–25 season.”

“I am ecstatic that ‘Sherri’ was renewed… According to my theme song, I started this show with the goal of giving midday audiences a “good time,” Shepherd said in a news statement.

She added, “I am so grateful that Fox and Debmar-Mercury have teamed up with me to continue bringing more love, fun, and inspiration to my fans.
