Prior to her ex-husband Brady’s terrible NFL loss on Sunday night, Bündchen and Valente were together. Additionally, the outing occurred two months after Bündchen was first spotted travelling in Costa Rica with Valente and her two children, son Benjamin Rein, 12, and daughter Vivian Lake, 9.

At the time, two weeks after the celebrity’s divorce from Brady, 45, was finalized, Bündchen and her family travelled to Valente’s home region of Provincia de Puntarenas in Costa Rica. On October 28, Bündchen and Brady officially ended their marriage.

According to a three-page court document obtained by PEOPLE, the petition for divorce was submitted and approved in Glades County, Florida. The marriage was formally dissolved and proclaimed to be “irretrievably broken” in the documents.

According to court filings, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback and the supermodel signed a divorce settlement deal three days before that “included a parenting arrangement.” To safeguard their privacy, the specifics of their custody arrangement and settlement agreement will not be submitted with the court publicly. Furthermore, neither party submitted “any of their financial disclosures to the Court.”
