King Charles III and Camilla, Queen Consort, were spotted on the Sandringham estate, prior to the New Year’s Day ceremony.

After the New Year’s Day ceremony at the Church of St. Mary Magdalene, King Charles was spotted shaking hands with a priest.

This morning, Charles and Camilla attended the service to ring in the new year. Following the ceremony, Baptist Minister Helen Stokley discussed her “post church discussion” with the King.

Following the ceremony, she stated that the King had hoped the clergy “made it home in time for lunch.”

Before the service, Charles and Camilla welcomed guests and were seen speaking at Sandringham.

As they greeted audiences outside, the King, 74, was dressed in a tweed, brown shoes, and a pattern tie, and Camilla, 75, donned a dark coat embellished with a brooch.

The two were continuing the royal custom of going to the Church of St. Mary Magdalene on January 1.

Due to pandemic limitations and the deterioration of the late monarch’s health, it had disappeared.

The Christmas Day service at St. Mary Magdalene Church is attended by Prince William, Prince of Wales, and Catherine, Princess of Wales, along with Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis of Wales.

Charlotte and George, Charlotte’s older brother, participated in the annual custom of walking to church on Christmas Day for the first time in 2019.

Four-year-old Charlotte smiled as she walked between her parents through the streets crowded with admirers of the royal family.

This Christmas will be the first without the late queen, who passed away in Balmoral on September 8 at the age of 96.

Prince Louis, Charlotte’s younger brother, also made his first appearance with the rest of the family.

At the Platinum Jubilee celebrations earlier this year, the cheeky four-year-old stole the show with his amusing demeanour and expressive facial expressions.
