Mira Rajput claims to have “had a fun” while watching Pathaan

Numerous celebs have seen Pathaan, which debuted in theatres on January 25 and has received positive social media feedback. After seeing their movie on Friday, Mira Rajput joined them in congratulating Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone. The wife of actor Shahid Kapoor, Mira, uploaded a picture of Shah Rukh and Salman Khan from the movie Pathaan and wrote that she had a “fun” viewing it.

On Instagram Stories, Mira posted a picture of Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan together watching a movie together “return to the cinema. had a blast watching Bollywood on the big screen!” She tagged Shah Rukh and Deepika Padukone and added several firecracker emojis. Pathaan, which also stars John Abraham, Dimple Kapadia, and Ashutosh Rana, features Salman in a guest cameo.

Many celebrities, including Hrithik Roshan, Alia Bhatt, Vicky Kaushal, Malaika Arora, and Karan Johar, praised Pathaan and Shah Rukh on social media after the action movie’s release on Wednesday, the day before Republic Day 2023. Other celebrities who saw the action movie at a special screening include Sussanne Khan, Gauri Khan, Suhana Khan, Maheep Kapoor, Rani Mukerji, and Ananya

Since its premiere on Wednesday, Pathaan has been shattering box office records. The Siddharth Anand movie, which is supported by Aditya Chopra’s Yash Raj Films, has the largest opening day worldwide take in Bollywood history at 106 crore rupees. On its second day, which was a holiday commemorating Republic Day, the Hindi version of Pathaan made almost 70 crore rupees. After advance bookings began on January 20, Pathaan created buzz among fans days before its premiere.

In recent weeks, Pathaan has been the target of boycott demands and demonstrations, in part because of the song Besharam Rang, in which Deepika is shown wearing an orange bathing suit. Recently, Prime Minister Narendra Modi ordered BJP members to avoid from making “unnecessary comments” about movies in light of the ongoing Pathaan controversy. A number of BJP leaders, including Ram Kadam and Narottam Mishra, had earlier criticised the song’s creators and said that the song’s lyrics “hurt religious emotions.”
