  • Hours after being charged with a crime.
  • Alec Baldwin attended a poker night at the exclusive New York City club Zero Bond.
  • Baldwin claimed in his initial interview after the incident that he “did not pull the trigger” of the gun.

Alec Baldwin and his wife, Hilaria Baldwin, entered the upscale establishment in Manhattan’s NoHo area, a source claims that “Alec was relaxed and low-key,” adding that “they did not engage with anyone but walked to where everyone plays poker.”

Alec and Hilaria returned to the lounge after spending about 30 to 40 minutes in the rear poker area, the source said, adding that the two “chatted away” there. (On Wednesday, Fox News was able to take pictures of Alec in front of Zero Bond.)

After being legally accused for their roles in the October 21, 2021, on-set death of Rust cinematographer Halyna Hutchins, Baldwin and Rust armourer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed paid a visit to the private club.

Two counts of involuntary manslaughter are among the accusations brought against Baldwin and 25-year-old Gutierrez-Reed. Baldwin was holding a fake gun that was loaded with live ammunition when Hutchins was killed.

Baldwin claimed in his initial interview after the incident that he “did not pull the trigger” of the gun, and his lawyer, Luke Nikas of Quinn Emanuel, told  in a statement that they will “fight these charges.” However, a judge will ultimately decide whether to proceed with the case after a preliminary hearing.

Tuesday’s charge against the actor and armorer by Santa Fe County District Attorney Mary Carmack-Altwies comes after she announced she’d file charges before the end of the month “in keeping with her commitment to pursue justice for all victims and to hold everyone accountable under the law,” via a statement issued Jan. 19.
