Following their visit to the ashram of Swami Dayanand Giri, the couple organized a holy feast called bhandara for 100 saints. Social media users posted pictures of the couple requesting blessings at the ashram, and many admirers were impressed.

In the pictures, Anushka and Virat Kohli can be seen asking the saints who were seated on the ground during the feast for their blessings. The couple greeted them with folded hands and showed their reverence when food was brought to them. Anushka donned a white salwar suit with a flowery shawl, while Virat wore pants and a jumper.

At the ashram, they also took pictures with admirers. Anushka shared a picturesque image of herself relaxing by a river earlier in the day. The couple will reportedly participate in more open religious ceremonies at the ashram.
