Josh Duhamel, 50, chose not to respond and simply remarked, “I love all the girls I have worked with.” Later, he gave Heigl a bow. Both Life As We Know It (2010) and New Year’s Eve (2011) starred the two.

Duhamel remarked, “Katie Heigl gets poor rap, but she is fantastic.  She is fantastic.
Added he, “Most likely, there were certain things she said that she wishes she could have taken back.
Heigl, 44, began her career as child model and rose to fame after appearing in Grey’s Anatomy, which debuted in 2005.

She withdrew her name from consideration for a repeat award the following year after winning an Emmy for her performance as Dr. Izzie Stevens, stating that she “did not feel that I was given the material this season to deserve” a candidature. That episode, along with a number of other remarks and grievances Heigl had already made, led to the star receiving the dreaded “difficult” reputation.

She told in February 2021, “I realize there is a better way to cope with those things than I did. “I could have handled it more gracefully,” you say. In 2010, Heigl quit Grey’s Anatomy, a move she claimed she did not “really regret.”

She has since finished the assignment and joined the cast of Firefly Lane on Netflix. She told that she had fond memories of her time working at the facility, formerly known as Seattle Grace Hospital, and that she would “never say no” to doing another episode of the ABC medical drama.

She remarked, “So much of it was a truly amazing experience,” when asked about her time on Grey’s Anatomy. “Sometimes it feels like a dream when we are all in it together like that. I am grateful for everything, but I am especially glad I have grown up enough to take something away from it.”
