At the Grammy Awards on Sunday, pop icon Beyonce set a new record for the most career victories.
Numerous users congratulated the artist on her most recent accomplishment on social media.
Whether Meghan Markle and Prince Harry were among those who sent Beyonce a message after she lost the prestigious album of the year title once more, this time to British artist Harry Styles, is unclear.
A day after Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s contentious interview with Oprah Winfrey was broadcast, Beyonce texted her.
The couple’s Netflix documentary’s last episode features Prince Harry’s humorous response when Meghan adds, “Beyonce just texted.”
Harry then makes fun of his wife for not being overjoyed about receiving a text from the musician.
“I still can’t believe she really knows who I am,” Meghan Markle quips with a smile as she chuckles with her husband.
The Duchess reads the text from Beyonce, which begins, “I want you feel safe and protected.”
Megha claims that Beyonce thinks I was chosen to break generational curses that need to be repaired because of my boldness and vulnerability.
Prince Harry responds to Beyonce’s text by saying, “That’s well said.”
