Shah Rukh Khan is enjoying the historic triumph of his all-time hit movie Pathaan, but instead of partying, SRK has chosen to stay on the set of the movie. He has been filming for his upcoming action-packed comedy, Jawan, which is being made by Red Chillies Entertainment, with director Atlee. Sanjay Dutt joined Shah Rukh Khan on the set today,  which has exclusive knowledge of the situation. The movie is approximately 10 to 12 days away from completion.

“Sanjay Dutt and Shah Rukh Khan will reunite on the set of Jawan for a quick but impactful and action-packed cameo. It is a large dramatic action scene that will be shot by the pair over the course of the next four to five days in a studio in Mumbai, according to a person familiar with the project.

Sanjay Dutt was chosen by the producers because the character called for someone with exceptional screen presence. “Sanjay dutt came to Mumbai on Sunday at midday from his Leo shoot in Kashmir, and 24 hours later, he is fully charged to shoot an action scene with SRK on Jawan,” the insider continued.

Jawan is now shooting its final segment, and according to rumors, Deepika Padukone will join the cast on March 27 and 28 for a two-day shoot. There has been a lot of talk in the business over the past few weeks regarding Jawan shifting up from the already announced date of June 2 to September/Christmas.

But, we have not heard anything about this from reliable sources, therefore the movie is still scheduled to open on June 2. Shah Rukh Khan and Atlee will decide on the release date of Jawan once the filming is finished, or by April 10. Several release dates have already been left available.
