Francesca Eastwood, Clint Eastwood’s daughter, may avoid prosecution in a domestic violence case, according to recent reports. Francesca was arrested in October on felony charges after being accused of injuring her boyfriend.

However, TMZ has reported that the District Attorney decided not to pursue the case due to “insufficient evidence.” Law enforcement sources indicated that the alleged victim “would not cooperate with law enforcement and turned down medical treatment,” leading to the case being dropped.

Clint Eastwood’s daughter was taken into custody after she and her boyfriend were advised to meet officers at the Beverly Hills Police Department. Upon arrival, officers observed injuries on her boyfriend’s body.

Following her arrest, Francesca was released on a $50,000 bail.Despite the legal issues, Francesca has continued her acting career, appearing in various films and TV shows, including her father’s film True Crime and the upcoming sports biopic Queen of the Ring.
