Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing three new lawsuits in New York City accusing him of sexual assault and drugging incidents from 2019 and 2020. These allegations add to an expanding list, including a case settled last month with his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura.
One plaintiff claims he was drugged and assaulted at Combs’ Hamptons residence in 2020. Another alleges a similar experience in 2019, recounting how he passed out after drinking a cocktail given by Combs at a New York City hotel. “He is ready to party,” Combs allegedly told others before the assault. The victim later woke up, being filmed by two unidentified individuals. He said he was offered $2,500 on Combs’ behalf after regaining full consciousness.
A third man alleges he met Combs in February 2020 to discuss unpaid work but was drugged, lost consciousness, and was assaulted.
Combs’ representatives have denied the allegations, calling them “lies.” His lawyers stated, “We will prove them false and seek sanctions against every unethical lawyer who filed fictional claims against him.”
These lawsuits emerge as Combs remains in Brooklyn jail on unrelated racketeering and sex trafficking charges. Pleading not guilty, he awaits his May 2025 trial.
