Did Sean Diddy threaten Freddy P? Chopper opens up about alarming allegations
Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs and former Da Band member Freddy P allegedly had a falling out after an incident. In a recent interview, Chopper, also known as ‘Young City’ and a former member of the group, revealed that the Bad Boy Records founder reportedly threatened to kill Freddy P.
During his interview on “The Art of Dialogue” podcast, Chopper discussed the alleged event. He shared that they were all sitting at the house of the “I’ll Be Missing You” rapper while filming MTV’s “Making the Band”. It was at this time that Diddy reportedly threatened Freddy P.
Chopper expressed surprise at the incident, especially since both men had just smoked together. In the interview, the rapper claimed that Freddy said something “slick,” which reportedly upset Diddy.
Young City shared, “He told MTV to turn the cameras off and leave the room,” adding that the Bad Boy Records founder began “letting it loose” once the camera crew left.
Chopper claims that Diddy allegedly threatened the former Da Band member, saying he would purchase Freddy’s entire block and have everyone moved out. Diddy reportedly added, “Every time you walk outside, somebody will be shooting at you.”
In the interview, Young City revealed that this incident led Freddy to leave Da Band. Chopper claimed that Freddy was so angry at Diddy that he wanted to “kill him right there.”
Chopper shared that the former Da Band member had good intentions and was “disappointed” with the state of the music industry. While Chopper calmly took the incident, he explained that Freddy did not feel the same way. He stated, “I truly believe if Fred were in a room with [Diddy], he’d probably try to kill him.”
