Salman Khan acknowledges fans’ support: ‘My Films always Cross 100 Crore’

As promised, Salman Khan made Sunday extra special for his fans by releasing the exhilarating trailer of his upcoming movie, “Sikandar”. The makers hosted a grand trailer launch, bringing together almost the entire star cast of the action-thriller. At the event, Bollywood’s “Bhaijaan” acknowledged his fans’ unwavering support, crediting them for ensuring that all his movies cross the Rs 100 crore mark, whether the film is good or bad.

There were several glimpses from the grand trailer launch of Sikandar that went viral online. While interacting with the audience and the media at the star-studded event, the actor acknowledged the love of his fans.

He said, “Eid, Diwali, New Year, festive or non-festive, it’s the love of the people. Whether the film is good or bad, the audience ensures it crosses the Rs 100 crore mark. Rs 200 crore, Rs 100 crore—those milestones are a thing of the past.”

When the host mentioned that it’s not just Rs 100 crore but Rs 200 crore, the superstar agreed, saying, “Rs 100 crore was a long time ago.”

Salman Khan credits his fans for ensuring his films cross the Rs 100 crore mark.

Another clip that captivated his devoted fans showed Salman Khan fulfilling his duties as a son. In the video, the “Sultan” actor carefully escorted his elderly father, Salim Khan, inside the venue. The legendary screenwriter attended the trailer launch to support the “Sikandar” team and bless the cast and crew.

Director AR Murugadoss and producer Sajid Nadiadwala attended the event alongside Salim Khan. The film’s female lead, Rashmika Mandanna, made a stylish entrance, joined by her co-stars Kajal Aggarwal, Sathyaraj, Sharman Joshi, and Anjini Dhawan.

The makers unveiled the trailer of the highly anticipated film on March 23, 2025, while the movie is set to release in cinemas on March 30, 2025.
