Amber Heard, a Hollywood actress, was recently photographed shopping at a bargain department store in New York’s Hamptons.
The Aquaman actress, whose attorneys stated that ‘she is not capable of paying the damages granted by the court to ex-husband Johnny Depp,’ was accompanied by her sister Whitney Heard on the TJ Maxx shopping expedition, according to TMZ.
Heard, 36, was photographed wearing a basic white oversized T-shirt and a pair of blue jeans as she browsed the clothing at the store.
However, a source informed the New York Post that Heard, who lost the defamation battle to Depp, was ‘broke.’

Heard’s budget shopping occurred after she drew criticism for going on a luxury plane while citing a financial problem.
