Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s wife files rape case against him

The legal dispute between actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui and his wife Aaliya Siddiqui has recently made headlines. As soon as Aaliya and her children returned to Bombay from Dubai, their legal problems over the property began. She allegedly got into a physical altercation with Nawazuddin’s mother, which led to a police report.

Aaliya asserted that she was prohibited from using the kitchen and restroom. According to reports, Aaliya has now accused her husband of rape.

She uploaded a video of herself to Instagram earlier today. In the video, a visibly moved Aaliya was heard discussing her children and accused her husband of kidnapping them by suing for custody. Yaani, a male, and Shora, a daughter, are the couple’s two children. She is heard in the video complaining that Nawazuddin was attempting to abduct the children from her by abusing his position.

She further asserted that Nawazuddin has no knowledge of their children and has never lived with them. She even claimed that Nawazuddin was attempting to take her children away while she was having financial difficulties.

She also added a Hindi caption to the video. She provided an update on the rape accusation brought against the Bajrangi Bhaijaan actor.

She added that she had evidence supporting her claim. Her message said, “A great actor who tries to be a great human being often! His heartless mother who calls my innocent child illegitimate and this poor man remains silent. A rape complaint (with proof) has been filed against him at Versova police station yesterday itself. Whatever happens, I will not let my innocent children go in these heartless hands.”

Nawazuddin responded to his wife’s accusations against him before. He stated: “I don’t want to say anything about all these things, frankly. But yes, amid all this, my kids’ schooling has been affected.

My kids studied in Dubai but have been here for a month now. My only appeal is that my kids should go back to school. I don’t want to say anything else.”
