In Salt Lake City, Utah, Ranveer Singh recently took part in the NBA All-Star Celebrity game. At the elevated contest, the actor participated for the team of former Miami Heat star Dwayne Wade. Ranveer, who has served as NBA India’s brand ambassador since 2021, also ran into actor Ben Affleck on the floor.

The NBA India posted a picture of Ranveer Singh and Ben Affleck having a meaningful talk on the floor on their official Instagram account. Ben is seen wearing a cream-colored sweater with brown slacks and brown sneakers, while Ranveer is dressed in Dwayne Wade’s team’s white jersey. The posting’s caption said, “Gully Boy x Gone Girl. A special buzz was in the Air at the #CelebGame!”

Simu Liu, the star of Shang-chi, Hasan Minhaj, Janelle Monae, and tennis superstar Frances Tiafoe were all on Dwayne Wade’s team.

Team Ryan was ultimately defeated by Team Dwayne, 81 to 78.

In the meantime, Ranveer’s most recent acting appearance was in a dual role in Rohit Shetty’s Cirkus (2022), which also starred Pooja Hegde, Jacqueline Fernandez, and Varun Sharma. The next time we’ll see him is in Alia Bhatt’s Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, directed by Karan Johar. Veteran performers Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan, and Shabana Azmi also appear in the love story. The movie will premiere on July 28, 2023.
