Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh return to Mumbai after wrapping up film shoot

When Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani began filming a few weeks ago, Alia Bhatt, a well-known Bollywood actress who had been taking a pregnancy leave since November 2022, returned to work. As part of their ambitious project, which began filming in February of this year, the outstanding actress worked alongside the dynamic actor Ranveer Singh and director Karan Johar in Kashmir. Ranveer, Alia, and KJo have finished filming in Kashmir and are already back in Mumbai, according to the most recent details.

The cast of Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, which features leads Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt, as well as director Karan Johar, was spotted on Wednesday night as they arrived back in Mumbai after closing up the film’s Kashmir production. The accomplished performers and the renowned director were both dressed in black as they drove away from the private airport. Alia Bhatt, a new mother, was photographed at the airport wearing a black hoodie and a casual bun.

Ranveer Singh, on the other hand, was spotted leaving the airport wearing a black hoodie, a matching cap, a face mask, and a pair of sunglasses. When leaving the airport, Karan Johar was spotted wearing a black pullover and his distinctive sunglasses.

As you may know, Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt are scheduled to play the eponymous characters Rocky Khaturia and Rani Chatterjee, respectively in Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, which is supposed to be a tribute to Hindi cinema’s archetypal love comedies.

The film, which marks Karan Johar‘s return to directing after a considerable absence, boasts a great star cast that includes illustrious performers Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan, Shabana Azmi, Tota Roy Chowdhury, Saswata Chatterjee, and others in key roles. The project’s soundtrack is being created by Pritam, and it is expected to be released in theatres on July 28 of this year.
