Suniel Shetty talks about his marriage advice to Athiya & KL Rahul

• Suniel Shetty talked about the counsel he gave to his daughter.

Actor Suniel Shetty has talked about the counsel he gave to his daughter Athiya Shetty and her husband cricketer KL Rahul during his marriage to Mana Shetty. In a recent interview, Suniel also complimented and referred to KL Rahul and Tania Shroff as “my love,” the girlfriends of his son, actor Ahan Shetty. He also remembered what he thought about KL Rahul and Tania initially.

1991 saw the union of Suniel and Mana. Son Ahan and daughter Athiya are their two children. Ahan Shetty was born in 1995, whereas Athiya Shetty was born in 1992. Athiya married KL Rahul earlier this year, while Ahan Shetty is currently dating Tania.

Suniel spoke with Bollywood Bubble about his marriage counsel for Athiya and KL Rahul. “Belief, faith in each other, space for each other, there for each other. (Gesturing holding hands) can’t separate, I need Mana like this, my hand always goes… Athiya sometimes asks me, ‘Where is your…?’ If I go to her house alone and mom is not there, she asks, ‘Where is your (gestures holding hand)?’ Because I look for her in parties, I don’t know why but you know, it’s just believing in each other.”

Suniel said the following regarding KL Rahul and Tania: “Both bachchas (children)? My first love, my children, and my heart. My first love is Tanya. They simply fit in so well since they are so uncomplicated and have a wonderful family.” Athiya was described by Suniel as the “harshest critic” and “bossy”.

On January 23, 2023, Athiya wed KL Rahul at Suniel’s property in Lonavala. Suniel thanked the photographers for their support after the wedding in a conversation with them. Suniel further disclosed that the wedding event will take place following the IPL season.

A few years ago, both Athiya and Ahan made their acting debuts. Hero (2015) was Athiya’s first movie, and Tadap (2021), a Hindi version of the Telugu movie RX 100, marked Ahan’s film debut.

The new action-thriller online series Hunter will include Suniel. From March 22, it will be available for streaming on Amazon Mini TV. In addition to Esha Deol, Rahul Dev, Barkha Bisht, Mihir Ahuja, and Teena Singh, it is directed by Prince Dhiman and Alok Batra.
