Jenna Lyons will begin filming
Next week marks the start of filming for the new season of “The Real Housewives of New York City,” and Jenna Lyons, the new cast member, is already a local celebrity.
On Wednesday night in New York, Lyons attended Temple Bar’s one-year anniversary celebration. According to spies, she was gushing to owner David Rabin about the season’s start time.
She was there with a buddy, who overheard her discussing how thrilled she is to begin filming “Real Housewives” the following week, according to the spy.
A source said: “She knew everyone there! She was out talking to everyone in the center of the room, [and] made the rounds to a bunch of people. She was like the mayor of the place.”
At BravoCon 2022, Bravo revealed that the former J. Crew executive, along with Ubah Hassan, Lizzy Savetsky, Jessel Taank, Brynn Whitfield, and Sai De Silva, is a new star of the series.
We are informed that while she was moving through the party at Temple Bar, “everyone was congratulating her and telling her they saw the news.”
New Yorkers Ronan Farrow, LaQuan Smith, Jewel, Pippa Cohen, Greg Calejo, and Nelly Moudime were among those who attended the celebration with a ’90s theme.
Disco, the former fabled Bungalow 8 doorman, is now in charge of the Temple Bar entrance, and he reportedly wasn’t too happy with unwanted guests who weren’t on the list.
The invite-only event was over at two in the morning. The rest of Lyons’ castmates were not present.
