Three months after announcing their most recent breakup, Hayden Panettiere and Brian Hickerson were photographed together at LAX.

The two were seen moving through the airport in images obtained by Page Six while donning dark clothing and baseball caps in an effort to avoid being seen.

The “Remember the Titans” actress and Hickerson, who have been dating intermittently since the summer of 2018, also ate before departing for a holiday getaway. It’s unclear where they were heading, though.

After Panettiere, 33, opened up about her abusive relationship with Hickerson in the wake of a violent hotel altercation in May, the pair’s reconciliation may come as a surprise.

“It was a very dark and complicated time in my life,” the actress told People about dating in the midst of her alcohol and opioid addiction. “But a lot of women go through what I went through, and I want people to know it’s OK to ask for help.”

After their breakup, the two appeared to make an effort to stay friends, as Panettiere noted that “making amends is a really crucial thing that you learn in therapy.”

As their difficult four-year romance appeared to be coming to an end in July, Hickerson said that he and the actress were “definitely not” together.

Hickerson, who at the time was on probation, told paparazzi that there was no chance of the former couple getting back together and that he was “looking forward to new chapters.”

After a drunken physical altercation with the actress in their Los Angeles home in May 2019, he was detained for domestic violence.

Hickerson entered a not-guilty plea and was given a 100-yard no-contact order from Panettiere, only to be arrested for domestic abuse once more in 2020.

Hickerson received a 45-day prison term for two felonies involving partner injury.
