Daisy Edgar-Jones joins ‘Twister’ reboot cast

Daisy Edgar-Jones becomes the first to join the cast of the Twister reboot.

It was revealed three years ago that the movie, which is dubbed Twisters, is in the works.

It was speculated that Helen Hunt, who was a part of the original Twister, would make a comeback in the reboot. However, it is not confirmed yet. There might be some similar faces that could be cast for the movie.

The storyline for the action/adventure movie is still a mystery. But Edgar-Jones will play the role of a former chaser who will be seen working at an office after her disastrous encounter with a tornado. She, however, will be forced to dive into the worst fears as the events will take place.

This might be Edgar-Jones’s first step to a successful career as the big studios might cast her.

She has gained the industry’s paise in just a few years. Her first role as Marianne Sheridan in Normal People was a big hit.

She participated in the Hulu original miniseries Under the Banner of Heaven and appeared in War of the Worlds and Gentleman Jack. She is currently in the filming stages of the huge novel adaption On Fast Horses, which will be her second.
