McFarlane Toys is getting ready to manufacture a Batmobile toy based on Michael Keaton’s car Batmobile from Batman and Batman Returns as part of their Winter Showcase. Via the business’s official Twitter and Instagram accounts, fans were given a sneak glance at the Batmobile.
The lone image demonstrates the difference between the Keatonmobile from the original Batman films and the one from The Flash: a wider vehicle entry point. Although the official release date and pre-order details for the Batmobile have not yet been disclosed, one thing is for certain: this Batmobile is coming in hot.
During the Winter Showcase, McFarlane Toys also unveiled 12″ figures of Ezra Miller’s Flash and Michael Keaton’s Batman. These treasures include collecting cards, character histories on the back of the box, and character artwork on the front.
The Batmobile and the collectibles both feature such painstaking attention to detail that it is understandable why fans are so excited for its debut.
The Batmobile is iconic in and of itself. Julian Caldow and stylist Anton Furst created Keaton’s version, which debuted in 1989’s Batman and 1992’s Batman Returns.
It continues to be one of the most well-known and adored Batmobiles today, serving as an inspiration for various designs in later Batman television shows and films.
It is yet to be seen how the Batmobile will be featured in the future film since it has already been hinted at in a number of previews, including those from the DC Fandome in 2021 and the 2023 Super Bowl TV spot.
