Ramiz Raja Disappointed in the Men in Green
The cricketer-turned-commentator, Ramiz Raja believes that Pakistan’s performance was a bit lousy, in the first T20I match against West Indies.
“Pakistan’s performance during bowling was a bit untidy. It has great spinning skills that it could use against West Indies. The team needs more polishing; furthermore, the change of pace and cutters by Hasan Ali was exactly how it should be and other fast-bowlers should learn from him,” the former cricket captain stated.
Raja also highlighted the lacking of the bowlers and fielders in the bowling area.
He concluded his video by shedding some light on the fact that Pakistan excels at the game when it takes full advantage of the pitches, and thanks to that, Pakistan won its previous match against West Indies, as well. He also added, that Pakistan’s victory in the tournament would be an ego booster for the team, and could lead them to the T20 finals.
West Indies was ahead 85/5 in their first nine overs, when the umpires motioned to pause the game due to the persistent rain in Kensington Oval.
