PepsiCo has announced to launch a coffee-flavored cola in the US.
According to details, popular soda company PepsiCo has revealed its plan to launch a coffee-flavored cola drink in the United States next year in April.
The new cola will be available in two flavors; coffee and vanilla flavor.
According to sources, a new cola named, ‘Café’ will include roasted Arabica coffee. It can be a fusion of coffee and the original cola. Vanilla leads may include vanilla cola flavor with an intimation of coffee in it.
However, it is also found that this beverage may contain twice as much caffeine. Caffeine may be twice as that of original cola.
The Vice president, Marketing of Pepsi, Todd Kaplan has announced in a press conference, “At Pepsi, we have known the potential of blending cola and coffee for years. And after attaining a balance. We couldn’t have wait any longer to introduce the Pepsi Café to the United States come 2020.”
Given that PepsiCo’s competitor Coca Cola had also announced earlier to introduce coke coffee in the international market by the end of the year.
