Four Pakistani students in China have been diagnosed with coronavirus.

Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Health said today that four Pakistani students living in Wuhan have been diagnosed with the dangerous virus.

Dr. Zafar Mirza said while talking to a press conference that there are no confirmed cases of coronavirus from any area in Pakistan.

Dr. Zafar Mirza also informed that the virus attacks three people out of 100 and remaining are unaffected.

He also told that the symptoms of coronavirus include headache, cough, fever, and respiratory problems.

Before that, he said that emergency operation cell at the Federal Health Ministry is monitoring the situations.

He also assured that thermos scanners and thermo guns have been given to well-trained health experts at airports in Karachi, Islamabad, and Lahore for the screening of the passenger.

Note that the death toll in China have reached more than 100. More than 5000 cases of this virus have been confirmed in China.

Pakistani students in China made a video message in which students studying engineering and science university Wuhan have sought aid from Chinese and Pakistani officials.

Students have said in the video that more than 2 thousand Pakistani students studying in 12 universities in Wuhan are suffering from scarcity of food.

Students have also appealed to PM Imran Khan and Federal Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi to take the students from Wuhan.

Note that British Airways have also suspended all their direct flights to from China.
