You feel fainted

Fast heartbeat and other heart issues
Dehydration also affects your heart as well. You feel a faster heartbeat. It can also cause quick breathing. Your blood composes of water, so less water can reduce your blood volume and it becomes hard for the heart to supply blood smoothly. This ultimately causes low blood pressure as well.
Constipation and excretion issues
This is one of the most noticeable symptoms of dehydration. Intestines get dry as you consume less water. This makes it difficult to eject harmful waste from the body. Water is, therefore, essential to get rid of waste. Also, the color of the urine becomes yellowish. If you have such issues, do not hesitate to go to the doctor.
Water also makes your muscles firm and strong. Less consumption of water leads to muscle cramps when you walk to go outside.
Dehydration can create considerable effects on the main part of the body; your brain. As most of your brain is composed of water, less quantity can target your memory, concentration, presence of mind and can even affect your mood too.
Fatigue and headache
Dehydration affects the adequate secretion and composition of your body fluids that are used in different body functions. Less amount of water can cause fatigue, which can even lead to fever and headache. If you feel any of these symptoms, you must increase your water consumption.
