Coronavirus updates-Mexico confirms first 2 cases

 Assistant health secretary of Mexico informed that the first 2 cases have been reported in the country.

Hugo Lopez-Gatell informed that one of the patients is in Mexico city whereas the other is in the northern state of Sinaloa.

South Korea confirmed 594 new cases of coronavirus.

Korea Centre for Disease Control and Prevention says that the total number of cases in South Korea reached 2,931.

On the other hand, A Google employee in Switzerland has been diagnosed with the contagious virus. Several technology firms crackdown on employee travel after the outbreak.

The company said in a statement that the employee was in its Zurich office  “for a limited time” before showing symptoms.

Google said, “We have taken – and will continue to take – all necessary precautionary measures, following the advice of public health officials, as we prioritize everyone’s health and safety,”

Coronavirus in South Korea took 17 lives so far. South Korea has the greatest number of patients outside of China.

Most of the cases arose in Daegu, the city in the southeast of the country.

Health officials believe that a 61-year-old member of the Christian group Shincheonji Church was among the first to be infected. He is now at the center of their investigation.

The number of cases is 79,251 in China so far.

Punjab is fully prepared to tackle Coronavirus says Gov Spokesperson

Punjab govt spokesperson Nadeem Qureshi said on Friday that the Punjab is fully prepared to combat the spread of Coronavirus in the province.

As per details he said Punjab is fully prepared to combat the spread of Coronavirus.

All possible measures were being taken by Punjab govt to counter the spread of coronavirus.

While Chief Minister Usman Buzdar is himself monitoring all preparations.
