Several countries have imposed lockdown amid coronavirus pandemic and people are banned from public gatherings. Maintaining healthy lifestyle has become difficult too, as gyms and clubs are closed and workout has become difficult.
There are several workout exercises you can do at home without machines. You can perform squats and lunges at home. You can also do skipping ropes, push-ups, pull-ups, planks, jumping jacks, and so on. Team up with your siblings, turn on the music and enjoy the workout.
The workout is not enough to maintain a healthy lifestyle at home. Take help from fitness experts or dietitians online. Instead of choosing heavy meals, try consuming healthy and tasty items such as nuts. It is because you will find it difficult to digest heavy items at home.
Lie on the road and stretch your hand and legs upwards in the air. Bring your arm and your left leg to the ground once and then bring them back to the previous position. Repeat with the other hand and leg. This workout will be helpful to get rid of the pain.
Try to make a circle staring from one elbow to the other with your right knee. Repeat the same with the other leg. Kneeling will enable you get good shape.
Stand on all fours. Walk sideways in the same posture. Move four steps right and then four steps to the left. This will increase your stability.
Side plank lift
At first, rest on your right knee and stretch your left leg out to the side. Bring your upper body to the ground like a push-up. Then back up. Do the same with the other side.
