Tips to "not get fat" during coronavirus quarantine

Maintaining body figure has become harder during the lockdown. You might get lazy or fatty, as you are unable to go out for exercise or gym and ultimately, you get fat.

A weight lifter in Britain recommended some tips to avoid getting body fat during the lockdown.

He recommended,

  •       exercise
  •       fast for 12-18 hours daily
  •       drink more water
  •       avoid drinking calories
  •       have green, fibrous vegetables with every meal
  •       eat more lean meat & fish
  •       no mindless snacking
  •       put that donut down

Fasting 12 to 18 hours is a bit tough but it is not impossible. You can fast at night hours. For example, fasting from 7 pm to 7 am is better.

In addition to this, try drinking more water. Water will tighten your skin and will flush out harmful products from your body.

Furthermore, experts also avoid people to drink calories. Juices, shakes, smoothies, alcohol, energy drinks contain a high proportion of calories. These should be avoided.

Avoid snacks is extremely difficult at home, as snacks are an essential part of munching during watching movies, Netflix, family gatherings and so on. But, if you want to achieve your goal, you have to leave something too. You have to avoid eating snacks so stubborn fats will not accumulate in your body.

Avoiding snacking is difficult, but drinking more water – like he recommends – can help curb cravings. The most important items you should avoid are the carbs, as they take time to digest.

Although a healthy diet plan is essential to follow during the lockdown, fitness cannot be achieved without workout. There are plenty of online videos and lessens you can go through to plan a workout at home.
