  • A tea bag or green tea leaves
  • 1 small or half peel of onion

Add the ingredients to boiling water and let it cook for around 10 minutes. Strain the tea and have it with honey or lemon juice.

It should be kept in mind that onions have a very strong pungent smell and taste. So, other ingredients mentioned in the recipe ought to be added or you can do the experiment on your own while enjoying the soothing tea.
