The federal authority for identity and citizenship has recently mentioned that there are two visa transit facilities available for travelers coming from abroad.

The authority has mentioned in a social media platform that there are two types of transit visa facilities available for the tourists. These two transit facilities are available at every airport in the UAE.

According to the sources, one transit visa is free of cost. It expires in 48 hours. The second transit visa expires in 96 hours. It costs 50 dirhams.

Both these transits will be available for passengers who will travel by using UAE airlines and the visas must be approved before entering UAE.

It should be remembered that the UAE cabinet had approved a free visa for 48 hours and 50 dirhams for 96 hours last year in June by making changes in the visa policy.

On the other hand, Dubai police have recently issued an updated list for the passengers in which forbidden items are mentioned which are prohibited to carry in their luggage or hand-carry.
