UK has Crossed the Brexit finish line, Boris Johnson

Boris Johnson said the UK has “crossed the Brexit finish line”  The parliament has passed legislation on the implementation of the Brexit deal. 

The EU Bill is now on the way to royal asset.

The bill has passed according to which the UK will leave European Union on 31st January.

PM Boris Johnson quoted that UK is now able to “move forwards as one” and put “years of rancour and division behind it”.

The top officials will soon sign the official deal and MEP will probably vote next week. 

Note that Boris Johnson had won the elections with the majority last month. The party had won with more than 86 votes in the general elections. 

State opening to get arranged soon as Queen will set forth Conservative government’s agenda for next year.

According to the details, state opening would be set up following decisive general elections held last week.

The 2019 United Kingdom general election held on 12 December 2019.

The Conservative Party, having failed to obtain a majority in the 2017 general election, had faced a prolonged parliamentary deadlock over Brexit while it governed in minority with the support of the Democratic Unionist Party (DUP).

Conservative Party leader Boris Johnson won a sweeping victory.

In the state opening of the parliament, more than 20 bills were presented on Thursday.

According to details, the legislation also took the UK from the European Union on Thursday (Today).
