One of the leading international petition hosting portal,  has called  on the US State Department to immediately declare the Indian right-wing, Hindu nationalist, paramilitary volunteer organisation, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) a Foreign Terrorist Organization.

The petition signed so far by over four thousand people reminds that the Indian outfit takes direct inspiration from the European fascist movements such as Nazi party.

Referring to the acts of violence committed by the RSS members, the petition recalls that the US commission on International Religious Freedom in its report last year also warned that the outfit’s agenda to alienate non Hindus or lower caste Hindus is a significant contributor to the rise of religious violence and persecution.

The petition mentions that the RSS including its many subsidiaries has been linked to many major incidents of anti-minority violence all across India including the 2002 Gujarat Pogrom.

Earlier, Prime Minister Imran Khan also said in Tweet that extremist ideology of  RSS has taken over a nuclear-armed country of over a billion people.

The Prime Minister further stated “It is an ideology based on racial superiority & hatred of Muslims & all minorities. Whenever this genie has come out of the bottle, it has always led to bloodshed.”

The Premier also shared an article carried by British daily “The Times” titled “India is a Hindu state now — We are second-class citizens.”

Indian Army chief General Manoj Mukund Naravane said that if Indian parliament wants, the area of Azad Jammu and Kashmir also become ours.

Speaking to media in New Delhi, Naravane claimed at some point and if we receive any orders from parliament to this effect then action will definitely be taken.

The Indian Army Chief further stated “entire erstwhile Jammu and Kashmir” — a reference to the region including AJK — is part of India, there is a parliamentary resolution from several years ago about this that the entire erstwhile Jammu and Kashmir is a part of India,” added.

While referring to the Indian border with China, Indian Army chief said that the Indian Army is prepared to deal with challenges along the northern border.

While giving a response to Indian Army Chief’s statement Director General Inter service Public Relations (DGISPR) Tweeted “Statements by Indian COAS to undertake military action across LOC are routine rhetoric for domestic audiences to get out of ongoing internal turmoil.”

Pakistan Armed Forces are fully prepared to respond to any act of Indian aggression, DG ISPR added.
