The president of the European Commission thanked the president of Turey Recep Erdogan for attending the international Coronavirus Global Response conference and his support to fight against COVID-19 pandemic.

The statement of EU Commission’s president stated, “Today the world showed extraordinary unity for the common good. Governments and global health organisations joined forces against coronavirus. With such commitment, we are on track for developing, producing and deploying a vaccine for all. However, this is only the beginning.”
Together with our global partners we managed to register €7.4 billion (equivalent to $8 billion) in pledges during the Coronavirus #GlobalResponse event.
We thank everyone for their support.

She further said, “We need to sustain the effort and to stand ready to contribute more. The pledging marathon will continue. After governments, civil society and people worldwide need to join in, in a global mobilisation of hope and resolve.”
US thanks Turkey for medical aid against COVID-19
Earlier, The United States thanked Turkey for sending medical aid to fight against coronavirus pandemic.
US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo thanked Turkey on Sunday for sending a plane with medical supplies.
