A bomb blast near the American city of Baltimore has killed at least one woman and injured two others.
According to the news agency, an explosion took place in Baltimore, Maryland, USA. The explosion also damaged several houses.
City Hall spokesman James E. Bentley told local media that the blast occurred on Reisterstown Road.
Firefighters said the blast killed one woman and injured two others who were rushed to a hospital for medical treatment, while some people, including children, were reportedly trapped in the rubble.

The Baltimore Firefighters IAFF Local 734 said on Twitter, “There are dozens of personnel from multiple jurisdictions who remain actively engaged in rescue operations. There is at least 1 person still trapped. Our President, Rich Langford, and Secretary-Treasurer Shawn Little, remain on scene supporting our members.”
Police officials said rescue personnel were conducting an operation to rescue those trapped under the rubble, while preliminary investigations did not reveal the cause of the blast, adding that further investigations into the incident were underway.
