Following the bombings in the Lebanese capital, Beirut, Lebanese Prime Minister Hassan Diab announced his resignation, along with cabinet members.
According to details, Lebanese Prime Minister Hassan Diab and his cabinet resigned after a devastating bomb blast in Beirut last week and widespread public protests against the ruling class.
Prime Minister Hassan Diab and a group of cabinet ministers submitted their resignations at the presidential palace.
“I declare my resignation from this government today. May God protect Lebanon,” Lebanese Prime Minister Hassan Diab said in a statement.
It should be noted that after the bombings in Lebanon, there is strong anger against the government and the government is being demanded to resign.
Two days after the August 4 tragedy, there was a bitter exchange of words between the protesters and former Minister of Justice Marie-Claude Najm.
It should be noted that on the evening of August 4, a dangerous explosion had caused a doomsday in Lebanon and in a few moments, the city began to look like a cemetery.
The bomber struck shortly after noon in front of a Beirut warehouse, detonating thousands of kilograms of explosives.
