Dubai ruler Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum has officially joined the video-making and sharing platform TikTok, he announced.
Taking to Twitter, he announced that he wants to create positive Arabic content. He also wants to listen to share stories with young people.
“I officially joined TikTok, the fastest growing platform with more than 800 million users. We want to be where people are. We want to create positive Arabic content and we want to listen to young people and share our stories with them,” Sheikh Mohammed wrote on Twitter.

According to Arab media outlets, Sheikh Mohammad will share a short clip of his 50-years long journey in public service. The WAM news agency also said that the videos will provide insight into
“providing insights into leadership and management to inspire youth to create positive change in society”.
Sheikh is among the world’s most influential leaders on Twitter and other social media platforms. He has achieved around 10.4 million followers on Twitter, 5.4 million on Instagram, 3.8 million on Facebook, and 2.4 million on LinkedIn.
His TikTok account name is hhshkmohd and he has shared the first video. The video got more than 93,000 likes on Saturday.
