New Year Eve is just around the corner and preparations are in full swing. If you are planning to see the annual Burj Khalifa fireworks, this story will be helpful for you.
Strict precautionary measures will be implemented in Dubai Burj Khalifa fireworks. Emaar released guidelines for those who wanted to witness live fireworks.
According to details, all guests will have to register via the U by Emaar app. The process is free of cost and pre-registration is needed. Users will be given a QR code that will be needed to access Downtown Dubai.
Apart from that, tents will facilitate people for first aid, lost-and-found assistance, and access to ambulances as well.
According to the international news source, visitors can come to Downtown Dubai through five gates and all guests will have to show that QR codes to access the viewing areas in Downtown Dubai.
The QR codes are in six different colors, based on different categories. According to Emaar, the QR code is gold for hotel guests. For restaurants, the QR code color is blue. For restaurants and eateries, the QR code color is light blue. For Dubai Opera, the QR code color is dark red. For the public areas — Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard — the QR code is black.
“While there will be clear signages throughout Downtown Dubai, directing people where to go, it’s important that guests familiarise themselves with the correct gate and zones. Dubai Mall will remain open to shoppers, but access to the viewing areas will be closed,” Emaar said to a news source.
The face masks are necessary
Complete sanitization of Downtown Dubai will be done a day before the Eve, Emaar said. All guests, visitors, and spectators are required to wear masks all through the night and at all locations. Hand sanitizer stations will also be available at each gate.
