London Announces Tougher Sanctions To Prevent Spread Of COVID-19

The British government has announced tougher sanctions to prevent the spread of the coronavirus in the capital London and south-east England. These fourth-level restrictions require people to stay indoors and only go out for necessary work.

British Prime Minister Boris Johnson has previously discussed with his senior minister’s new fourth-tier restrictions in London.

Experts say there is now a new wave of coronaviruses in the UK and that the COVID-19 could spread more rapidly, especially during Christmas.

On the other hand, the number of Coronavirus victims in India has exceeded one crore. During the last 24 hours, 15325 cases were reported in the country and at the same time, it crossed one crore.

The death toll from the pandemic in the country has already reached nearly 1.5 million.

India ranks second in the world in terms of corona cases. The United States leads the world in corona cases.

Coronavirus has killed more than 1.649 million people worldwide, with more than 74.8 million confirmed cases.

The United States continues to be the epicentre of COVID-19 in the world, with more than 17 million victims and more than 300,000 deaths.

After the United Kingdom, the United States has allowed the use of vaccines by Pfizer and Biotech companies, and vaccines are being shipped across the country.
