Harry and Meghan during their first podcast thanked health professionals for risking their lives and rendered emotional support to those who suffered from the novel virus.

Singer Elton John, producer and actor Tyler Perry, tennis champion Naomi Osaka and other celebrities, artists, and authors joined the Duke and Duchess of Sussex during the 33-minutes podcast. The artists from different backgrounds communicated their reflections on 2020 and their expectations for the coming year.

Harry said, “Our collective mental health has been at the forefront of people’s minds, and rightly so.”

Elton quoted 2020 as “the worst year I’ve ever known, and I’m 73” continues to say, “It’s been an awful time for people. I hope we can heal in 2021.”

“Cheers to that, Elton,” Harry continued.

Meghan while reflecting on her relationship with Harry told, “From us, I’ll say no matter what life throws at you guys, trust us when we say, love wins.”

“Love always wins,” Harry added.

The episode concluded with a special appearance of their 19-month-old son Archie. He said “Happy … New … Year!” with the help of his parents.

The duo has initiated several artistic projects after discontinuing royal duties and relocating to California this year, including a contract with the streaming giant Netflix.
