In a disturbing Telegram post, two Russian troops appeared to wish Hitler a happy birthday.
The two soldiers can be seen standing in front of a military truck with the word “Z” emblazoned on it, a well-known emblem employed by Russia during its barbaric invasion of Ukraine.

In the shot, one soldier is beaming from ear to ear, while another has his face hidden under a mask.

Both guys, who were wielding heavy weapons at the time, praised Hitler as a “comrade and friend.” On April 20, 1889, the Nazi dictator was born.

The number 88 may be seen on the troops’ truck’s windscreen, which is the racist numerical code for “hail Hitler.”

“And, despite the fact that he is no longer with us, his work and words live on in our hearts, inspiring us to defeat the Bolshevik vermin and multiply the glory of beautiful Russia!” it continued.

One of the reasons Putin started his campaign on Ukraine was to rid the country of “neo-Nazis,” according to Putin.

Putin stated in February: “I talk with the Ukrainian army once more. Allowing neo-Nazis and Banderites to use your children, spouses, and the elderly as human shields is not a good idea.

“Take control of your destiny.

“It seems that it will be easier for us to come to an agreement than with this gang of drug addicts and neo-Nazis.”

The comment was questioned for a number of reasons, one of which being Putin’s previous support for neo-Nazis.

The Wagner Group, a Russian mercenary squad named after Hitler’s favourite composer Richard Wagner, assisted Putin’s troops in unlawfully annexing Crimea in 2014.

Dmitry Utkin, their commander, has Nazi tattoos on his body, including a swastika and a Nazi eagle.
