Kate Middleton utilized an unusual strategy while being pregnant with her children. When she was pregnant, the 40-year-old said on a podcast that she employed techniques of mindfulness and meditation to help her feel better.

It turns out that she had severe vomiting at that time. She says, “not the happiest of pregnant people”.

She gave herself some quality time to overcome the health issues.

“I saw the power of it really, the meditation and the deep breathing and things like that, that they teach you in hypnobirthing, when I was really sick, and actually I realized that this was something I could take control of, I suppose, during labor. It was hugely powerful.”
