The tragic school blast in Luhansk has “horrified” the UK foreign secretary

There has been a school blast in Luhansk which is “resulting in the deaths of innocent civilians sheltering from Russian bombardment,” UK Foreign Secretary Liz Truss said on Sunday.

She stated in a tweet, “Deliberate targeting of civilians & civilian infrastructure amounts to war crimes. We will ensure Putin’s regime is held accountable.”

A Russian aircraft fired a bomb on the school where civilians were sheltering on Saturday.

Ukrainian officials in Luhansk announced that 60 people were “most certainly dead.”
